- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to drive new business revenue, achieve agreed sales goals and meet the company’s ambitious international expansion objective.

As wediscussed, 2021 was below expectations and not the performance we expect from EMEA. Your overall quota achievement in 2021 was 53%.
Given we did not meet the goals for Q1, I have decided to continue the performance review for Q2. The goal for the Q2 performance review is to see significant improvement and get our EMEA License business to the expected level. If we, against expectations, do not meet the goals for improvement in Q2, we will unfortunately have to make changes in our EMEA setup that could lead to a termination of your employment ship at [X] .
We will be discussing this in our weekly 1:1 and you will be given monthly written feedback on all 5 improvement areas.
