“Provided the person arrested shall be handed over to the Romanian Authorities in Henri Coandǎ Airport of Bucharest, he shall be initially sent to Bucharest-Rahova Prison so as to execute the 21-day quarantine period, within a cell assuring a minimum space of at least 3 m2.

Each inmate under the quarantine and observation period, shall be entitled to 2-hour daily walks. Moreover each inmate shall be entitled to a series of activities to choose from, thus granting him the possibility to spend more time outside the cell, provided he indeed chooses to attend such activities.

Having in view the punishment period, the inmate shall, most likely, initially, execute the punishment with imprisonment in the jail system. Moreover, having in view his domicile, the inmate shall, most likely, for the beginning, execute the punishment in Botoşani City Prison.

Within the jail system, the doors of cells are opened throughout the entire day. Inmates shall have access throughout the entire day, based on a schedule approved by the management board of the prison, to the courtyards for walking provided with spots specially designed for smoking.

The said [opgeëiste persoon] shall benefit from an individual minimum space of 3 m2, throughout the entire length of the execution of the punishment (…), including the bed and related furniture, but without comprising the space allotted to the restroom, the inmates' number being configured by relating to the surface of the cell.”
