I could feel that the manager has more or less discrimination on me due to my nationality. Na overleg met de heer [verweerder] , is de kwestie duidelijk en ik begrijp dat hij dit spoedig en correct wil afhandelen.
(…) dat [verweerder] inziet dat uit elkaar gaan met wederzijds goedvinden de beste optie is. Hij wenst dit dan ook zo snel mogelijk geregeld te hebben, het liefst vandaag nog.

Verzoek
€ 4.773,60 bruto. Zij verzoekt terzake de ontbindingsdatum geen rekening te houden met de opzegtermijn, gelet op de onredelijke vertraging die het afgelopen jaar is opgetreden als gevolg van de onredelijke opstelling van [verweerder] in de onderhandelingen tussen partijen.
