Most of the time I would be offered or treated a drink or shot and I normally always decline and If the client insists for any reason for example been that they are celebrating b-day or something I would either ask for permission or tell the client that if my head bartender or Sup. allows it I would It would always remain like that. If by any chance it happen that I as alone in bar I would kindly decline it.“
On December 12, 2021 you were scheduled to work from 4 AM to 12PM as a bartender at our restaurant. At approximately 11:01 PM you have consumed alcoholic beverage at the bar located at the Lucca side of the restaurant. Your action is an infraction of our rules that employees are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages during working hours on premises. Knowing this you still committed this infraction. When you were confronted with the facts, you replied in writing that there were instances during which, with authorization of your supervisors, you could have a drink during working hours. Our inquiry with your superiors resulted that on December 22, 2021 you have not asked your supervisor for such permission nor was this granted to you.
