Landlord(s)’ of ‘
Seller(s)’) en [gedaagde] als huurkoper (‘
Tenant’ of ‘
Buyer’) is op 24 september 2018 ten aanzien van het Appartement bij de notaris een huurkoopovereenkomst (‘
Rent-To-Own Agreement’) gesloten (hierna: de Overeenkomst). Het Appartement wordt feitelijk bewoond door [broer].
Term. Landlord agrees to lease to Tenant, and Tenant agrees to lease form Landlords, the Premises for a term beginning on October 1st, 2018 and ending on March 1st, 2027, and continuing month-to-month until either Landlord or Tenant terminate this Agreement by providing the other Party with proper written notice of termination (the “Term”). The Term is subject to the Option To Purchase the Premises given to Tenant by Landlord as more particularly herein.
Rent. Tenant will pay to Landlord a monthly rent of AWG 700.00 for the Term of 100 months (…).
Default. In the event of any default under this Agreement, Landlords may provide Tenant a notice of default and a reasonable opportunity to correct such default. (…) If the default is Tenant’s failure to timely pay rent or additional rent as specified in this Agreement, Landlord may terminate this Agreement by giving a 90 days written notice to Tenant. (…)
