1.DE PROCEDURE
- Het verzoekschrift;
- het verweerschrift;
- de brief met producties d.d. 29 november 2017 aan de zijde van de verhuurder;
- de pleitaantekeningen van beide gemachtigden;
- de aantekeningen van de griffier van de mondelinge behandeling op 5 december 2017.
2.DE FEITEN
While this lease is in full and effect, provided the Tenant is not in default in the performance of any of the terms, covenants and conditions thereof, not less than three months prior to the expiration of the lease, Tenant shall have the right or option to extend the original term of this lease for a further term of 5 (five) years. Such extension or renewal of the original term shall be upon terms, convenants and conditions to be negotiated fair and reasonable for both parties. If Tenant decides to use this right of option, in the new contract to be negotiated he will have the right tu use this right of option, in the new contract to be negotiated he will have the right to extend the lease contract for another 5 (five) years.’
