We are delighted to confirm that you will receive an award of [E] plc ordinary shares under the terms of the Equity Compensation Plan (ECP) to the value of € 75.000,00. This award will be granted in early May 2007. Under the ECP the number of shares originally awarded will be increased automatically by 20% on the third anniversary and by an additional 13.3% of the original award on the fifth anniversary, subject to your continued employment at the time. A copy of the ECP guidance note is attached.
