DSP, aanvulling hof) guarantees to the Buyer (
ISB, aanvulling hof) that the real estate which are the subject to this agreement do not have any inscribed or not inscribed encumbrances, that the real estate is not subject to court or any other proceedings as well and that there are no any other limitations of encumbrances that would be the basis for limitation or disabling the buyer in his ownership right.
ISB, aanvulling hof) did not supply any other evidence resulting in other reasons for establishing nullity of the mortgage bonds, hence the Court found that Mortgage bonds Verif. No.1565/2009 and Verif. No. 156t/2009 dated 04/08/2015 are valid and such as they are, they are not contrary to compulsory regulations, public policy of good business practice, pursuant to Article 103
