“Amendment to Employment Agreement dated 10th August, 2016
“This e-mail serves as confirmation that Techwave Consulting B.V. is not renewing the Employment Agreement, dated 10 August 2016.
“(…) My client therefore left with no alternative, but to assume that your client intends continuing to act in breach of his employment contract. It accepts his repudiation of his employment contract and cancels the contract with immediate effect in accordance with the African labour law.”
