‘(…) Being here just over a year, [eiseres] has put in a lot of hard work to start getting the EMEA region compliant. (…) Now that [eiseres] is beginning to add HR staff to her region, I would like to see her delegate a bit more work to her team so she is not overwhelmed with an abundance of administrative duties. (…) As the HR Business Partner, [eiseres] will be a part of the upcoming HR projects and I am looking forward to see her jump into some of the strategic HR initiatives. I would like [eiseres] to focus/continue focusing on developing her team so they are ready to take on more of the day to day admin work. Her generalists can begin working with and assessing their assigned countries to see what policies, handbooks, etc. needs to be in place. Overall, [eiseres] does a great job.’

De kantonrechter zal aan de veroordeling een dwangsom verbinden, in die zin dat Unilode een dwangsom verbeurt van € 1.000,- voor iedere dag dat zij in gebreke blijft aan de veroordeling te voldoen. De totale dwangsom wordt gemaximeerd tot een bedrag van € 25.000,00.
