You are hereby notified that on October 2, 2023, the Board of Directors of Vast Data Ltd., an Israeli company (the “Company”) resolved that you shall be granted options, in the amount as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, each to purchase one Ordinary Share of the Company, with no par value per share, at an exercise price per share as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto (the “Options”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Company's 2021 Global Share Option Plan (as amended from time to time) (the “Plan”).
