The inmates practically able to spend most of the days outside their cells ; precisely, they are entitled to stay outside their cells from 7h30 to 11h30 and from 13h30 to 17h30

The detainees are offered: walks, sports school and cultural activities at every level, the inmates are even entitled to work however, there is a waiting list due to the important number of demands

Yes, theses activities are available for every detainee, however, the inmates placed in isolation ward (only temporarily and if their behavior is unfit to the detention : violences, menaces, using of drugs) are entitled less activities; however, the isolation ward is uncommon, used only if necessary

Including the walks, the inmates are able to spend 8h max per day, but very few of the detainees are fully using theses opportunities
