What is the status of recruiting a SAP project manager for my team?
Hierbij een eerste profile voor een SAP PM. Mocht je interesse hebben dan nodig ik hem uit voor een eerste kennismaking.
1. No suitable project manager for Current SAP projects: (…) I can’t continue managing two projects while managing SCM program +Plasma sourcing. I thought about it during the weekend. [naam 10] will manage the costing project. It is really not my role as Program Manager to manage projects. (…) But I will still continue managing the AP Authorization project before a suitable PM found, next to my Program Manager role ad Plasma sourcing. I have no extra capacity for Costing project. (…) Actually Product Costing is only a Prio 2 project. Up to you to decide the importance of project vs resource allocation. It has been very unclear how [naam 1] wanted to structure the SCM program. Now it has just been made clear as below. As per your request, I requested a meeting for you, [naam 5] and myself for today. (…)In reactie liet [naam 4] weten:
I have taken note of the unclarity, and would like to ask you and [naam 1] to resolve this asap for the sake of everyone involved.Hierop liet [verweerster] om 12.38 uur weten:
I will join the meeting this afternoon (…) Only if [naam 1] wants to take me off this program, I need to follow what my manager decides.
During the last weeks your performance and your attitude towards colleagues and other stakeholders have been subject of various discussions between, amongst others, your manager and you. Due to the manner in which you performed your duties, several colleagues have informed us that they have lost all trust in you and do no longer want to work with you. The same is true for other stakeholders. During our meeting we have given you some examples thereof. In the last couple of days you have brought these discussions to a head, amongst others by showing up at a meeting of which you knew your presence would not be appreciated.Given the foregoing, we have come to the conclusion that you are not the right person for your position, we no longer have trust in you and the employment relationship is irreparably damaged. Therefore, we informed you that we want to terminate your employment agreement. In that light we suspended you (…)

e-mailwisseling over het invullen van een aantal vacatures kan worden afgeleid dat [verweerster] op de noodzaak daarvan bleef hameren en ook dat zij het niet eens was met [naam 1] over de wijze van invulling. Een dergelijk verschil van mening betekent gezien de positie van [naam 1] en [verweerster] echter niet dat [verweerster] hiervan een verwijt kan worden gemaakt, zij heeft ook onderkend dat de beslissing uiteindelijk aan [naam 1] was. Dat [verweerster] is blijven hameren op invulling van de vacatures kan irritatie gewekt hebben bij [naam 1] , maar is vanuit de positie van [verweerster] begrijpelijk. Dat [verweerster] daarbij interne (governance) regels zou hebben genegeerd is wel gesteld, maar niet concreet gemaakt of onderbouwd. Mogelijk heeft [verweerster] wel (te) gemakkelijk het meningsverschil dat zij met [naam 1] had aan anderen voorgelegd, maar dat is geen reden voor ontslag. Voor zover Sanquin betoogt dat alle door haar opgevoerde feiten onderbouwen dat collega’s niet meer met [verweerster] willen samenwerken, had dat reden moeten zijn met haar en die collega’s in gesprek te gaan, te zoeken naar een oplossing en [verweerster] gelegenheid te bieden die oplossing te laten slagen.
e-mailcorrespondentie terug te vinden zou zijn. Dat is niet het geval, hoogstens klinkt in die e-mails irritatie door, daar waar [verweerster] blijft hameren op de noodzaak bepaalde functies in te vullen en daar waar [verweerster] anderen betrekt in een discussie tussen haar en [naam 1] . [verweerster] heeft die irritatie ook onderkend, zo blijkt uit haar e-mails. Het had op de weg van Sanquin en meer concreet [naam 1] gelegen dit op te pakken, [verweerster] er op te wijzen wat volgens Sanquin anders moest en haar vervolgens de gelegenheid te bieden daaraan te werken. Van pogingen aan de kritiekpunten te werken is echter niet gebleken.
