‘The markings on the wall are that of a tire approaching in a proximate angle of 45 degrees engaging the corner of the pillar and collapsing in the center of the cross section of the tire folding into two lobes either side. The left lobe is partially covered by the inner wheel fender inhibiting the transfer of material to the left side of the corner of the pillar. The exposed right lobe rolls into the crevice of the wall and pillar and can be observed as a mirror image of the tire lobe on the pillar and wall. Upon full engagement of the collision the two horned markings represent the directional forces of the vehicle rotating upwards subsequently releasing contaminated pressurized air spraying above the markings. The accumulated kinetic energy recoils the vehicle off the wall wiliest rotating in the clockwise direction transfers material in a tapered fashion to the right as observed moving away from the pillar as the vehicle departs and comes to final rest. This observation is conclusive that the Kia Sportage did not engage the wall in a parallel orientation rather at an approximate angle of 45 degrees confirming to the testimony of both drivers resulting in the final rest position as recorded and documented by CRS personal reflecting the following visual representation of the collision. (…) Based on my discoveries and inferences I conclude the collision has been accurately represented and see no ill intent and regard as genuine.’
