1.DE PROCEDURE

- de conclusie van dupliek van [gedaagde], met producties;
- de akte uitlating producties van [eiseres].
2.DE VASTSTAANDE FEITEN
“The Lessee will pay as rent for the Premises the sum of Two Thousand and 00/100 Aruban Florins (Afl. 2.000,00) per month, excluding B.B.O. The payment will be payable in advance on the 30th of each and every month (February on 27th). The starting month of rent has been fixed ad August 2012 payable on July 30th, 2012.”
“Landlord will charge B.B.O. (sales tax) as required by Government to Lessee in each monthly bill. Lessee is responsible to pay this tax.”
“The Lessee will pay to the Landlord 1,50% interest per month on all rents and moneys due by virtue of this Agreement that remains unpaid after their due date. Interest will be calculated from the day that the payment is due and payable.”
