We refer to our meeting of February 13th, 2018, in which we confronted you with the information we have received on your actions. Our investigation had shown that you (in al events):- Have used Company resources (employees and/or materials) to assist third parties with projects during working hours;- Have instructed one or more parties that the Company does business with to pay you directly for materials.(…)The above described actions are considered serious breach of your employment obligations, are in contradiction of the principle of acting as a good employee (goed werknemerschap) and could even be considered an act of tort (onrechtmatige daad).It is therefore clear to us that the above described actions constitute an urgent reason to proceed with the termination of your employment agreement with immediate effect.For sake of clarity, each of the actions mentioned above are singularly and jointly cause (urgent reason) for the termination of your employment agreement with immediate effect.
